Northside Neighborhood Association

Northside is a 190 acre, mostly historic neighborhood, comprised of many significant points of interest including West 6th Brewing, Coolavin Park, and many old homes. Northside has roughly 34.5% canopy cover, but the tallest trees in Northside are relatively shorter compared to other neighborhoods, with the highest tree registering about 80 feet. Northside is only a short walk North of the heart of downtown Lexington, with a good balance of family homes, parks, and restaurants/commercial stores, which makes it attractive to many.
