Ashland Park Neighborhood Association

Ashland Park is a historic district neighborhood we studied by area, at ~49 acres. Located at the eastern edge of downtown Lexington KY, this small suburban community has many charms and beautiful houses. The neighborhood encompasses a lot of green space, at ~45% tree canopy cover, with a few recreational areas including park benches and soccer goals in large road medians. Tall trees lining the street and in backyards round out the entirety of the area. The tallest trees were all Scarlet Oaks measuring in at 100, 101, and 103 feet.
